    What’s your take on blood type diet, our blood type makes us different and our stomach juices that digest our foods, i think that why one diet don’t work for all, works great for some, ok for others and not at all for the rest. Just your thoughts, thanks Robert

    I bought it yesterday to try. Today after your video I put orange flavour pack in 1litre of cold water, drank just about 3/4 of glass, and in 10 minutes headache is gone! Wow, I didn’t know it will have such effect on me, but it did, and it tastes like a summer drink, not bad at all. Can not say anything else, but this “magic” impressed me, may be I didn’t have enough electrolytes, but I take magnesium every day, good dose, 500mg. Probably something about a balance of them

    I started with the 20 buck pak with samples LMNT and decided to order the big box and I clearly stated No subscription but today I got another box and I still have 3/4 of the first box. At 135 bucks a box I cannot afford more of the LMNT paks. CAREFUL FOLKS!

    I’m disabled and have dreadful spasms, especially during sleep. I had a pack and used it for 27 days. I ran out and due to the cost… tried some other cheaper versions. They did not work. After three days of not having any Lmnt, my cramps were so bad… Did an emergency purchase and I’m finally up and moving It’s fantastic 😊

    Hi. Really don't know where to start, but I've been a meat-a-saurus for my entire 57 years on this great planet. Just had blood work done. Ugh...lots of things out of whack, and I am really tired of feeling like garbage all the time. Anyway, thanks a ton for this content. I'm ready to jump in to this, and I appreciate you addressing some common concerns(enough protein?, hungry all the time?, etc. I just downloaded your guide...looking forward to a trip to Trader Joe's tomorrow and get crackin on this.

    Hello Sir. I enjoy your low-key presentation style. I have been vegan for 30+ years (Not Plant-based, Whole Food, that came along later but made sense.). Keep up the good work, but don't get "burned out" Produce videos at a lower frequency. Also, quality over quantity. Only produce information when you feel you can provide value. Not trying to keep to a schedule (Most youtube production does not give this advice). All the best

    This is for Keto, less than 20g of carbs a day. You don’t need it if you’re high carb. You should know that if you are a nutrition coach, Carbohydrates retains your salt unlike if you’re Keto(super low carbs) this review is biased.

    Sorry but there too many plant-based physicians such as Dr McDougall and Dr Bernard that would disagree with you on protein.

      This is true, however it certainly isn't consensus in the nutrition world and much more work needs to be done. One of the issues we see with the low-protein hypothesis is that many of these studies were not performed on humans or over long-periods of times, and is often at odds with population observations. If you'd like to do a deep dive on this there's a great, nuanced, in-depth conversation between Joel Fuhrman and Simon Hill where they really get into the weeds on this.       Aim for 1.2kg/g/bodyweight - 2.2kg/g/bodyweight, more if you're training hard!

    It certainly changes the weight of your pourse. Other then that, there are cheaper alternatives who furthermore do actually say what and how much they contain. How can he say it contains high value nutrition when he does not even know how much of each ingridient is in there? Answer: Its only about the money.

    Hi Peter! Thanks for the update and the sound advice. I've found it much easier to be 90% whole foods plant based with a few frozen meals throughout the week for ease. I enjoy your meal prep and outdoor hiking videos and what you make for snacks is helpful. Looks like you and Gabby have moved (or redecorated) 🙂

    I started plant based 2 weeks ago due to an upcoming hip replacement surgery. Transitioning as I have had tuna and chicken a few nights in 14 days. Feeling energy through the roof. 6 pounds down. Even my hubby is incorporating more raw foods. He refuses to give up meat but he's now eating chicken and fish. After I return home from my surgery tomorrow, I plan on 100% wfpb. Hubby is highly supportive and is making sure I can have this or that before he adds it to grocery list. I'm not preaching to him at all. Just living the life for him to watch!
